Hotel La Compañía Unbound Collection by Hyatt Panamá - French Room With Balcony

 Welcome back to the channel, and today I wanted to show you what you could expect from the la compania hotel. This hotel is a part of the unbound collection by hyatt in panama city, panama. Here's a look at the la campania hotel. It is a really nice hotel. This was my favorite hotel on my four day review trip in panama city. As you can see here, the beautiful lobby, I'm going to take you through some of the public spaces.

Here you do have a spa. This is on the second deck. What's kind of unique about this hotel is that they have an american, french and spanish building, so the décor inside of those buildings represents those countries essentially or the style of décor, that is american, french and spanish.

I originally booked the king courtyard view. I don't know what building that was originally in. I was upgraded to the french room with the balcony proactively. This was a points booking, so it is a pretty good value here.

This is a great option for hyatt. If you're staying in panama city, this one took the cake with its beautiful design in this hotel, you have three restaurants, I believe, and a wonderful breakfast spread as well. Here's a look at the pool you see overlooking the courtyard. I really love the independent hotels, as the design is so creative.

It doesn't have to abide by the rigorous cookie cutter design standards at larger brand hotel's. I do appreciate that when staying at independent hotels as far as the breakfast I was a globalist at the time of this stay, I will not be renewing my globalist status. I will miss that, but here's a look at the breakfast spread.

You have plenty of hot options and cold options. The food was really good. You have some local delicacies with some western inspired things, as you normally do at hotel breakfast's.

I will let you take a look through the rest of that and I'll be back with the room tour here in a minute. I hope you enjoyed the breakfast spread. Here's a look at the french room with the balcony that I was upgraded to again.

I mentioned this in another video of the bristol hotel review, just how the difference in the color scheme makes a difference on your mood, I mean this room is much brighter with the white furniture. Yes, you do have black furniture and some darker furniture elements, but the brightness definitely makes a difference in the mood in the room with brighter colors. This mini bar is actually free.

This is something akin to the andaz brand, which, unfortunately, I think that's going to be going away in some andaz hotels. They will do away with the complimentary, I wouldn't say, mini bar, but complementary, snacks and drinks in the room, alcoholic beverages, weren't included in the andaz complimentary offerings. Here's a look at the bathroom.

You have two sinks: two vanities. There is probably one of the best showers. I've experienced, as you can see, the toiletries the shower pressure was great and I didn't really want to come out of the shower.

I love the marble designs with the brass fittings overall, just an excellent design in this room. I really appreciated the attention to detail with the room. This is a fairly spacious bathroom, although the room wasn't huge, but I had plenty of space as we look out here at the room. You've got the tv on the wall and you do have a desk, thankfully notice the design on the floor.

Just everything seems to flow well with each other. You have a purple velvet chair and a small chair here with an ottoman look at that fan. Atop, the bed, as you notice the really intricate details there on the ceiling.

You even have a little chaise lounger in front of the bed. You do have some charging ports over here next to the bed. Also, a wireless charging clock there that did actually work. So that's a plus the bed was plush and comfortable.

Probably the highlight of the room was the balcony here, as you can look out onto the courtyard into the balcony, we've got some paintings there up on the wall. All in all, I was really satisfied with the room and this hotel was the cream of the crop when it came to the hotels in panama city. For me, I will definitely return to this one. It is a good value for those using points.
